How Long Is Shipping?
Shipping is estimated between
8-14 business days for USA
8-14 business days for Australia
8-14 business days for the UK
8-21 business days for Europe
8-21 business days for the rest of the world
Please be patient, things happen out of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified times please wait 5 business days and then contact us at info@galacticalco.com.
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay.
We produce and ship our products from USA, UK and Canada, depending on what is closer to you is where the order will ship from.
We produce our products upon order to allow for the highest possible quality, so production time is usually 5 days.
Your information is 100% secured and guaranteed by us, if you feel this isnt the case then you can open a dispute with shopify at shopify.com.
Unfortunately, we don't take returns on change of mind.
Holdups happen, please allow for at least 5 working days after the maximum 21 days before emailing us, most of the time it will arrive by then. We 100% guarantee the delivery of all products.
Sometimes our products will ship separately, just sit tight it should be there in no time :)
If you email us proof at info@galacticalco.com we can give you a refund, please don't return the item without emailing us first.
